Basement Lights and power was out, but no breakers were flipped. After coming out and checking behind a lot of switches, they charged me almost $700 to "fix" it. Fast forward a few months and the exact same issue happened again. I was told it would be ...the same charge if it was the same issue, but would check with the manager. Manager said a tech would come out and check on issue before charging anything, but it took days before anyone showed up. Tech found a loose wire in the electric panel that the first guy only wiggled back to touch the other wires. They attempted to charge me a 2nd time for the exact same issue.
